Another skipper about to lose command

USS Montpelier (SSN-765) and USS San Jacinto (CG-56) collide off the east coast.  This is always so tragic and can be attributed to complacency of the watch team 99.9% of the time.  I’m glad no one was injured and both ships seem to be OK and under their own power.  Come on guys, follow your procedures and this will be avoided.
